Room Bookings All requests for ad-hoc room bookings in centrally timetabled rooms should be made on the Internal Room Booking Form which can be accessed here A list of all rooms which may be booked using this process is available here Room bookings should be made at least 2 working days before the room is required. All room bookings by non-AU organisations must go through Residential & Hospitality Services http://www.aber.ac.uk/visitors/conferences/index.html Please remember to complete all fields on the form. This will automatically be sent to the relevant office for processing. An email confirming booking will be sent to the applicants email address. TIMETABLE TEACHING Amendments to timetabled teaching MUST go through your Departmental Timetable Officer to the Timetable Office NOT directly to the Timetable Office. If you do not know who your Departmental Timetable Officer is please contact your Departmental Administrator.
