Content

The purpose of the module is to give students insights related to corporate leadership. Students will be exposed to a range of governmental, organizational and commercial leadership models.
Students will study leadership thinking from a wide range of sources- charities, military, corporate (and in various corporate sectors), focusing on case studies, leadership principles, leadership and management, psychology, ethics and business strategy.
Students will study the particular leadership challenges of certain work environments ? financial sector, retail, military, professional service, charity and voluntary.
Students will look at moral courage and a range of ethical issues (case study based) relating to a selection of work environments.
Students will look at the relationship between leadership, management, and authority in matters of motivation, execution and ethics.
