1.0 General Statement

1.1  SSCCs are one of a number of ways in which student feedback should be obtained. While it is hoped that they operate fairly, responsibly and effectively, staff and students should remain aware of the importance of maintaining communication via other channels, formal and informal, with the general aim of enhancing the quality of teaching and the overall educational experience.
