2.0 Purpose of SSCCs

2.1  The purpose of SSCCs is to establish a formal means of discussion and communication between departments and students on matters relating to academic issues affecting their studies.

2.2  There are other fora (e.g. Guild of Students and its representatives on AU Committees) where wider issues, for example student financial support or Funding Council policy, can be raised by the student body.
