Erratum
Due to an error in the publishing process, two musical examples on the CD to accompany this book are incorrect:
• Track 22 (Variations for Piano Op. 27, Anton Webern) – Movement II is heard instead of Movement III.
• Track 49 – the piece heard is not the soundtrack for Psycho, Bernard Herrmann.
The correct musical examples can be found on the web.
