FLUX is Britain’s premiere Inter-University Enterprise challenge competition.
The 2012 event, to be held in Central London, is a great chance for students to improve enterprise and employability skills; gain experience; network with potential employers….all of which will look great on your CV. Aberystwyth University will be sending a team of six students to the competition, all expenses paid! Students from all courses and departments of the university are encouraged to get involved.
To recruit Aberystwyth’s FLUX 2012 team a selection event will be held on Thursday 15th and Friday 16th of March.
If you are interested in taking part, register your place at one of our Thursday Morning (15th March) briefing sessions, at either 8am-9am, or 11am-12pm. REGISTER BELOW
(You will also need to be available between 2pm-4pm on Friday 16th of March).
The six successful candidates will work with the Enterprise Staff and Interns in the run up to the contest to fully prepare themselves for the competition and then travel to London, expenses paid, to take part in the Flux competition, on the 27th to the 29th of March (please only register your interest if you are available from early morning on 27th, through to the evening of 29th March).

To be in with a chance of representing Aberystwyth at the London competition, put your name down for our briefing / team selection event.
Session A - Thursday 15th March 08.00 - 09.00 - REGISTER

Come alone, or with your friends...
This briefing session will tell you more about the competition and give you the chance to get stuck into a team task.... the next step will be a short team presentation on Friday 17th in a slot between 14.00 - 16.00.

Please note, to take part in this event, you must be available (subject to selection) to attend the main FLUX competition being held in London.
Round 2: National FLUX 2012 Competition
The six individuals selected for the Aberystwyth team will head off to London to take part in FLUX 2012.
Date: 27-28 March 2012 (Travel back to Aberystwyth on 29th March)
Competition Venue: Ravensbourne College, London
Accommodation and travel and subsistence costs will be paid in line with Aberystwyth University financial guidelines. Group bookings will be made for accommodation and travel on behalf of the team.
