The Centre for the Development of Staff and Academic Practice (CDSAP) designs and delivers much of the educational and professional development of staff at the University. CDSAP provide an annual programme of continuing professional development sessions, events and workshops, but also delivers a number of accredited and non-accredited programmes of study CDSAP also plays a part in organisational development and manages a series of awards and funds.Our Approach

Our Mission
Our mission is to professionalise individual and group working practice in all aspects of University business. Those who are professional in their work:

- Learn from experience and constantly strive for improvement;
- Interact and communicate effectively with others.
All of our provision and support is geared at helping staff to improve these areas of professional practice.
