Improving Welsh for Students
Improving Welsh Courses
The Welsh for Adults Centre is running two improving Welsh courses for Aberystwyth University students:
- Ysgrifennu’n ffurfiol yn y Gymraeg (Level 4 in the National Qualifications Framework)
(Agored Cymru Code : FN34CY008)
In this module you will learn how to use literary Welsh for academic purposes, for example when writing essays, while at the same time you will improve your knowledge of how Welsh works.
This module is aimed at undergraduates who want to perfect their Welsh in order to take the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol's certificate - Tystysgrif Sgiliau Iaith Gymraeg y Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol.
A free 15 hours course in 10 sessions of 1.5 hours; it will be held on Thursdays between 12.30 p.m. and 2 p.m.; starting 8 November, 2012.

2. Cyfuno Sgiliau: Ymwybyddiaeth o Ramadeg y Gymraeg (Level 3 in the National Qualifications Framework) (Agored Cymru Code: FN33CY420)
In this module you will extend your range of oral and literary language patterns, while, at the same time, you will able to use a range of language patterns correctly when speaking and writing and correct inaccurate texts.
This module is aimed at undergraduates who want to improve their Welsh as the first step to preparing for the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol's certificate - Tystysgrif Sgiliau Iaith Gymraeg y Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol .
A free 15 hours course in 10 sessions of 1.5 hours; it will be held on Mondays between 12.30 p.m. and 2 p.m.; starting 5 November, 2012.
