Joint Honours
Welsh can be studied for Joint Honours in combination with another subject. Welsh may be combined with over 20 subjects in all, including the following: Art (Fine Art), Drama and Theatre Studies, Film and Television Studies, Education, English Literature, French, Geography, German, History, Information and Library Studies, International Politics, Politics, Mathematics, Spanish and Welsh History.
The Welsh component of Joint Honours is taught through the medium of Welsh and students are expected to choose the core module, CY20120 Gloywi Iaith + up to 100 credits selected from the Part 2 Welsh modules.
Students may also select Irish or Celtic modules (with the prefix GC or IR), see Celtic Studies. These may include up to 20 credits from Part One GC/IR modules.
