The Certificate in Translation

This is a part-time one-year Welsh course which is taught jointly by the Departments of Welsh at Aberystwyth University and Bangor University. The certificate is a professional qualification for translators, and is intended for graduates in Welsh or those with comparable qualifications. Students are required to attend four sessions in Aberystwyth and four sessions in Bangor, perform weekly assignments, complete a project and sit a written examination.
