Responsibilities
I am responsible for the Departmental distance learning student database, our Moodle virtual learning environment, the Departmental web site, and the digitisation and production of learning materials. As a member of the Open Learning Unit, I advise on the use of elearning in the Department.Teaching Areas
Research
Biography
From a varied background of philosophy graduate, self-employed builder, computer shop manager and househusband, I joined the Open Learning Unit in 1993 to develop the BSc Econ ILS distance learning course. Outside of work my interests include woodwork, music and cycling.
