Research
- Part-time PhD (2000-7) investigated the extent to which archive catalogues meet users’ needs. This was carried by means of a survey of the custodians of estate collections, then gathering together and constructing a range of finding aids to put before a number of focus groups of users (and non-users) in order to obtain their views of the merits and demerits of each example.
- Investigating the efficacy of multi-media in teaching palaeography and diplomatic.
- Increasing inclusivity.
