Having been a teacher for 20 years, Sue joined the PGCE department in January of 2007. Sue teaches on both the biology and chemistry methods. Sue contributes as a trainer as part of the Continued Professional Development programme.

Sue is a GCE Chemistry examiner for the WJEC

Sue has collaborated with Bangor University as a partnership officer and contributed positively to the successful establishment of the new North and Mide wales school of initial teacher training.

Along with developing her trainees pedagogical skills in all QTS areas Sue has a particular interest in classroom motivation, thinking skills, assessment for learning, active learning and student wellbeing.
