Diversity E-Learning

At Aberystwyth University we are committed to promoting diversity and equal opportunities, and to valuing everyone's talents and contributions. We are working together to build an institution which is inclusive and values the diverse nature of our staff, students and community. To help colleagues understand and embrace the principles and values of equality and diversity, we have released a bilingual diversity e-learning course, ‘Diversity in the Workplace’, to all our staff. This innovative e-learning course is designed to provide you with information to support you in your role and includes modules on all areas of equality, legal and policy information, and news articles. Even if you have accessed the course before, you should note that it has now been revised and updated to incorporate some new software, updated policies and changes in line with the Equality Act 2010.

I do encourage you to log on and take the tutorial, and I am sure you will find the course helpful and interesting.
