About Us

The Estates Office is a major service department to the University, developing and maintaining buildings and grounds to ensure the internal and external environment is conducive to effective teaching and learning.

The department has been developed into 4 core functions to support its main aims, which include:

  • to provide the physical resources and environment to meet the strategic objectives of the University;
  • to provide an efficient and effective customer orientated service;
  • and to be a department that is open, approachable, consultative and professional.
