Estate Management
Team Mission
To promote and to facilitate the efficient and ethical management of the University's estate portfolio, including all matters relating to acquisition, liquidation, space management, energy consumption and sustainability.
Team Sections
The Administrative branch of the team manages all data collection, supplier liaison, data analysis and invoicing enquiries.
The Energy and Environment section is responsible for improving the efficiency of the Unviersity's use of gas, water and electricity. It also works to minimise the overall environmental impact of the University estate.
Space Management is responisble for the efficient planning, identification, managmenet and co-ordination of interior and exterior spaces within the portfolio.
