Quorum

The quorum for the above Committees, except where otherwise stated, shall be at least one third of the total membership. In the absence of a quorum at a meeting, any business transacted shall be advisory and no decisions shall be taken other than the adjournment of that meeting.

Note: In this Administrative Regulation, the term "university" throughout refers to Aberystwyth University.
