Role of the Court

The role of the Court is set out as follows in clause XIV of the Charter:

There shall be a Court of the University.  The role of the Court shall be to provide a public forum for communication and discussion of the University’s activities.  The constitution, powers and functions of the Court shall be as provided by Ordinance.
