Research Writing Programme

The research writing programme is designed to bring together 2nd and 3rd year PhD students to discuss aspects of writing and research towards the finalisation of their theses.

There are two schools run each year. Chronologically, the first is a residential programme, called the Gregynog Research Writing School. It covers 2 days of discussion based workshops, presentations and tutorials and is held at Gregynog Hall near Newtown, mid-Wales. The second is a campus based, non-residential summer school, called the Summer Research Writing School consisting of numerous sessions run over a week in June, based on the Llanbadarn campus.
