How to Apply

Simply download and complete the application form (below) and send it with either a cheque made payable to Aberystwyth University or enter your debit / credit card details on the form for at least the initial minimum credit of £10 and then send it back to the Hospitality Finance Office, located at Penbryn Reception.

Collecting Your Card

Students who are housed within our catered residences will automatically receive their Aber card upon arrival whilst collecting their room keys, as will students in self-catered residences who pre-ordered their card. Therefore catered students in Penbryn or Pantycelyn should not apply for a card.
