   1. University staff who have questions on the application of this Policy should raise them with their manager or supervisor, Human Resources Manager or Head of Department.

The ACAS e-learning resource has been developed to cover:

• Understanding the terms bullying and harassment
• Recognising the signs
• Preventing it from happening
• Dealing with it when it does happen
• Likely consequences of not dealing with it, and
• Thinking about your own actions and behaviour.

You will be required to register your details on the ACAS website to be able to access this free course. As an independent body no information will be disclosed to the University as to who may access this resource.
