Environmental Incident

• Inform the Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor.
• Keep a written record of what has happened, who has been contacted etc.
• Incident Report form (S002F) to be completed.

If the incident is serious (such as pollution involving hazardous chemicals, oil, slurry, silage liquor, milk etc) and the Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor is not available, contact the Environment Agency via the Emergency Hotline 0800 807060 (Freephone, 24 hour service)
