If the Injury is Serious
- Contact the Emergency Services.
- Also, summon assistance from trained First Aiders.
Contact AU Telephone Operators (during working hours) by dialling 222 on internal telephones or 01970 623 111 on a mobile and request a First Aider - stay on the line to give exact location details and obtain confirmation that aid is on its way.
In Other Cases

Also (in all cases)
- Inform the local Safety Officer.
- Inform the Manager/ Supervisor of the injured person.
- Incident Report form (S002F) to be completed.
