Colloquium for Equine Reproduction

The event was held on Saturday October 29th 2011 at Hereford Racecourse and proudly sponsored by EggTech Ltd and Equine Reproduction Supplies Ltd.

The 1-day Colloquium was an exciting opportunity to hear eminent speakers from academia and industry present recent research, identify future directions and foster new developments. In addition, there was the unique opportunity for discussion, generating and linking of new ideas and collaborations between science and industry. We welcomed delegates from all areas of the industry, breeders, veterinarians, students, commercial representatives, lecturers and scientists.

Our speakers were: Dr Jenny Ousey (Beaufort Cottage Laboratories, Rossdales and Partners, Newmarket); Dr Julia Kydd (School of Veterinary Medicine and Science, University of Nottingham); Jos Mottershead (Equine Reproduction, Oklahoma, USA); Mr John Spencer (Fyrnwy Equine Clinic, Baschurch); Emma Tomlinson (Beaufort Embryo Transfer, Tetbury).
