Careers and Postgraduate Study

Here at IGES we want our students to go on and become everything that they ever wanted to be. That's why we ensure that during your time with us every effort is made to help you get the skills to do it. Through the tutorial programme we develop career awareness and all our courses help students develop the skills needed in the modern workplace. Individual enterprise, group discussion and leadership skills are encouraged through a range of opportunities provided in lecture, seminar, tutorial, library, field and practical settings. These allow each student to realise their full potential. Typically 91% of IGES graduates are in employment or studying for a postgraduate qualification within 6 months of graduating.
