North American Exchange

Incoming Students

We welcome a number of students from all over the world to Aberystwyth each year, a number of which come to us through our North American, Asian and Australian exchange partners. 

To be eligible to apply you need to be a a student in one of our partner univeristies that are listed here. For information on our application process, please contact a Study Abroad Officer at your university. All applications will need to be supported by an academic transcript. If your university have approved your request to study at Aberystwyth university you can download the application document below.

The deadline for handing in applications for the 2013-2014 academic session (and for the winter semester) is 5th April 2013.


Modules - choosing your course

Students are advised to take the equivalent of 60 Aberystwyth Credits per semester. The following links allow you to navigate to pages describing each module in terms of the content and the number of teaching/contact hours. Final module choices are not confirmed until the time of registration. You need to make sure that you choose modules that are accepted by your University.
