What is the UKBA definition of a ‘low risk’ students?

The UKBA have introduced a streamlined application process for students from specific ‘low risk’ countries applying for a Tier 4 (general) student visa. If you are from one of these countries, the UKBA will waive the requirement for you to provide documentary evidence of maintenance and qualifications.  This will apply whether you apply in the UK or in your home country, however, you will still need to produce your passport and CAS certificate, and you must be able to produce all documents, if requested.
