Meet and Greet 2011

Please note that all of the coaches from Heathrow Airport on Friday 23rd of September, and from Birmingham International Airport on Friday 23rd September are now full, however, there are still some places left from Birmingham International Airport on Saturday 24th September.

Aberystwyth University will be providing an airport meeting coach service for International Students on Friday, 23 and Saturday, 24 September 2011 from Birmingham International Airport.  We will arrive at 1:00 pm, meeting at Terminal 1, and depart promptly at 2:30 pm on both days. 

We are also pleased to offer this service for International Students on Friday, 23 September from London Heathrow.  We will arrive LHR at 4:00 pm, meeting at Terminal 4, and depart promptly at 6:00 pm.

Students who have firmly accepted the offer to study at Aberystwyth University and who will be arriving on these dates, can reserve a place on our coach service.  Please complete the form below by 2 September 2011 latest.

N.B.  There will be a small charge for this service of £10.00 from Birmingham International and £20.00 from LHR, which will be collected on the coach.  Please bring the correct amount with you.
