Your University Filestore

• Every user account at Aberystwyth University has 2GB of space on the University network to store documents, images and other files
• When you use the computers in the University computer rooms you will automatically be connected to your filestore - look for the My Filestore icon on the desktop
  
• This filestore can also be accessed from any computer connected to the Internet and instructions for doing this can be found in our FAQs
• This filestore is backed up regularly by the Computer Operators. If your files are lost or corrupted it may be possible for the Computer Operators to restore them for you. Please see this page for details.
• If you would like your filestore backed up to CD/DVD our Data Preparation team will do this for you. Please email dataprep@aber.ac.uk
