We offer for sale a wide range of computers, laptops, media equipment and peripherals to University Departments, individuals and external customers. Our prices are generally competitive and, for members of the University, are often at specially negotiated Educational terms and/or with extended warranties.

Value Added Service
- We aim to offer a full service, which includes installation of the equipment on your desk (Departmental & Local)
- In the unlikely event of a fault, service is provided on site by our team of experienced and professionally qualified technicians.
- We are a Toshiba Self Service Centre, carrying out repairs (including warranty repairs) in our workshop reducing turn-around time.
- Similiarly, we are an authorised Apple Service Centre, able to carry out warranty repairs on equipment sold by us or owned by the University, staff and student. All out of warranty Apple IT equipment can be serviced by us subject to our normal terms.
Laptops
- We supply laptops under the terms and conditions of the National Laptop Agreement.
- Laptops supplied under the terms of the Agreement include at least 3 years manufacturer's warranty.

Desktop Computers
Our desktop computers are custom made to your specifications and are supplied with:
- the operating system pre-installed. Full manuals (where appropriate) and disk sets or CD are provided. If other software is ordered at the time of purchase, these will also be installed at no extra charge.
AU departmental and staff machines will be loaded with latest operating system and Microsoft Office under the AU Campus agreement and pre-configured for AU network connectivity - wired, wireless and VPN - 36 months Parts and 12 months Labour on site warranty (in the Aberystwyth area). Warranty in other areas is on a Return to Base basis. Extended warranty covers full parts and labour for 3 years total (including the first year). Please note that warranty covers only the system unit and monitor only and EXCLUDES peripherals such as printers and scanners etc. which are available separately.
