Maintenance contract customers

Maintenance contracts are available both to individuals and departments

In exchange for a fixed fee each year we will repair equipment, including parts and labour, at no extra charge providing the breakdown is not as the result of misuse.
This service includes (within a 3 mile radius of the Workshop) the collection of the item and delivery after repair.
Except by special arrangement maintenance contracts can only be accepted on computers or peripherals purchased from Information Services.
We may require pre maintenance contract inspection and reserve the right to refuse maintenance on any equipment for any reasons.

Standard Workstation (up to Pentium 4 2.8GHz 256 RAM, 80gb HDD, 17" monitor) £45.00 per annum (including VAT)
