Maintenance, repair and upgrade service

Information Services has a team of highly qualified and experienced technicians who provide maintenance and repair services for PCs, laptops, and peripherals. The team is CompTia A+ certified, with many years experience of providing IT repair and upgrade services.

We also offer repair services to Apple computer owners for out of warranty computers. (The team is part of the Apple Care scheme which enables IS to offer warranty services to customers with Apple computers purchased or owned by the University)

This is a charged for service and is available in two forms

• as part of a Maintenance Contract
• on an ad hoc parts and labour basis
