Self-service printing and copying

Information Services operates a combined self-service printing-copying service throughout the University.

This service provides printing and copying in:

In response to feedback from users concerned with environmental issues, this system automatically prints in duplex to save on paper.

All machines can both print and copy
You will need your Aber card to use them
You charge your card with one lot of credit, which is used for both printing and copying
Credit can be purchased with cash (with the minimum purchase as low as 5p) and credit/debit card (minimum purchase £5)
You can connect to this service from your own computer in halls, offices or using the wireless network

When you send a job to print it goes to a central queue
You can then go to any printer-copier
You swipe your Aber card and print your document
This means that if the nearest printer-copier is in use you can easily go and use another
