Scholarships/Funding

The Department is pleased to be able to offer a number of scholarships for research and taught on-campus postgraduate students.

Research Degree Scholarships

There are TWO departmental research postgraduate scholarships worth £2,000 annually, offered on a competitive basis.  They may be used to pay for tuition fees.  These scholarships are only available to applicants who undertake full-time study.  (Scholarship winners will receive £2,000 annually for the duration of their registration period).

Taught Masters Scholarships

There are FIVE departmental taught postgraduate scholarships worth £5,000, payable for one year only, offered on a competitive basis.  They may be used to pay for tuition fees.  Scholarships will be available to applicants who undertake full-time study on the Master of Law (LLM) taught programmes.

The closing date for the above scholarships is 1 June 2012.

FEES

The fees for postgraduate students vary according to whether study is full-time or part-time and are subject to change annually. Details of fees can be obtained direct from the Postgraduate Admissions Office.
