The Constitution also establishes a Management Board for the day to day running of the Centre: it is made up of the Director of the Centre for Welsh Legal Affairs and up to six other members of the staff of the Department of Law and Criminology.  The Centre also has an external Advisory Board which assists the Management Board.  Annual reports and statement of income and expenditure are submitted to the Academic Board of the Department of Law and Criminology which has overall responsibility for the operation of the Centre.
