On completion of this module students will be able to:

  • Use the SPSS for the processing, presentation and analysis of marketing data relevant to perceptual mapping, market
  • segmentation and targetting.
  • Design and carry out marketing research projects related to the above.
  • Be familiar with the application in Marketing of statistical mehtods such as crosstabulations, Cluster Analysis, Factor Analysis,
  • Multidimensional Scaling.

Aims

For students to acquire the knowledge and practical skills used in analysing data and producing market research reports. Students will learn to use the SPSS computer software.
