This module is only available to students registered on the PGDip Legal Practice.
This module provides students with knowledge of the law and procedure concerning the occupation, continuation and termination of a business lease. Students will learn to draft, negotiate and complete a lease for business premises and to advise both landlord and tenant on the relevant law and procedure.
