Big Brother star to visit university library

Welsh reality TV star Glyn Wise will be visiting the Hugh Owen library on Tuesday 6th February as part of a Wales-wide campaign to encourage more people to use their local library.

The School of Art is hosting an exhibition by award winning artist Stuart Pearson Wright which features drawings of famous actors such as Timothy Spall, Sian Phillips, Jeremy Irons and John Hurt. The exhibition runs until Friday 11 May.

Dysgu Gyda'n Gilydd

The community-led education project Dysgu Gyda'n Gilydd (Learning Together) will launch a series of taster course in Penuwch on 5th March. The two year project began in March 2006 with the aim of developing courses in ten communities in Ceredigion and registering 140 students.
