The Weekly Bulletin is a web-based communications tool for staff and students at the University. It is managed by the Communications and Public Affairs team.
To submit an item for the Weekly Bulletin, please login*.
Please note the following:
For ease of use, and to ensure items are concise, the text for each item is limited to 300 characters. Web links can be provided for further information.
If possible, please submit your item in both Welsh and English. If this is not possible, the University’s Translation Unit will translate items that are submitted in one language only.
Submitters will be able to select which of the forthcoming four editions of the Weekly Bulletin they wish their item to feature. Multiple editions can be selected if required.
On successful submission of an item the submitter will receive an automated confirmation email.
Items must be submitted by 5pm on Monday. The Weekly Bulletin is published on Wednesday. Information included in the Weekly Bulletin is published online in the public domain.
Inclusion of items
Items must be limited to news and information relating to the University. No commercial material or information relating to outside organisations (not associated with the University) will be permitted. The editors of the Weekly Bulletin retain the right to edit or refuse items for inclusion.
