4. Arrival information
Information Desks
First go to the Information Desks outside the Great Hall in the Arts Centre (Building 2). There you can collect Programmes, Maps, Bus Timetables and up to the minute information. You are welcome to use the Information Desk as a rendezvous and contact point or to leave messages. Teachers can also pick up their information packs at the Information Desks.
Registrations
Departments will ask you to register when you visit them, you can visit your acadmeic department at any point during the day. You do not need to visit the academic department first if you do not wish to.
Car Parks
There will be plenty of car parks available for you on the Open Day. Just arrive at the University's Main Entrance and you will be directed where to park.
Free Open Day Bus Service
There will be a FREE bus service for you to use throughout the day. Busses go to all important sites in Aberystwyth, including the train station, School of Art, The Town, Halls of Residence and Llanbadarn Campus. Please see the Open Day Programme for Bus times.
5. Over-night accommodation
During the July Open Day we have accommodation available on Penglais Campus.
