In the School of Management and Business at Aberystwyth we see education as being about three things: you need to develop the attributes to be successful, you need to practice the skills of management and you need to know the tools and techniques of business. During your programme you will develop your creativity, enthusiasm, industry, tact, co-operation and leadership. You will practice the skills of analysis, problem solving and implementation. You will be equipped with a thorough grounding in the essential disciplines of management and business: accounting, economics, marketing, human resources, strategy and finance.
