Procedures to follow in the case of inclement weather

In the unlikely event that your school/college is closed due to the weather on any of the days on which the Entrance Scholarship examinations are due to take place, we will allow candidates to sit any missed examinations as soon as the school/college re-opens.

If the school/college is open, but candidates can't attend due to the bad weather, local arrangements should be made.  We would expect candidates to attend wherever possible as soon as the school/college reopens.  In genuine cases where this is not possible, schools/colleges should attach a supporting letter to the candidates' examination papers, once they have been taken, confirming that candidates have not discussed the content of the examination papers with anyone.
