• Many of our presentations use Microsoft PowerPoint,  we will contact you in the event that our lecturers require overhead projector or slide/film projectors.
• Please note, that for reasons of cost, institutions are kindly asked not to request more than 4 speakers a year, except in instances where more than 2 speakers are able to travel together to speak on the same date.
• With the booking form, please enclose a map/instructions on how to reach you.
• You can return the booking form to the Schools & Colleges Liaison Team by post or email your requirements to marketing@aber.ac.uk. We will liaise with our speakers on your behalf.  A member of the team will then contact you to confirm arrangements.
