What is SDPR?

Staff Development and Performance Review (SDPR) is the process of reviewing ourselves and our work. All staff, employed by the University, take part.

SDPR is about recognising our achievements over the previous year and reaching a common understanding of what is expected of us over the coming year. It is about identifying what we have done well and what changes we can make and what support we need to improve our work.  It is about how our work contributes to the success of the University.  Above all else, it is about having a reserved time to talk about our own work, professional development and career aspirations.
