In this fast changing world Accounting and Finance is a highly relevant discipline which is designed to challenge and enthuse students and which leads to the skills and capabilities that today’s employers insist on from their graduate intake.At undergraduate level, you may study Accounting and Finance as a Single Honours degree, or with other subjects such as Management, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing or a European Language as part of a Major/Minor or Joint Honours degree. Alternatively, if you wish to study a single honours degree in Business Finance, this option is also available.
As well as being active researchers, our lecturers have an accounting professional background, so that by applying their real-world knowledge to theoretical concepts, they can ground your learning in the context of proper professional practice. We also believe strongly in a teaching model which requires active student involvement rather than passive information-gathering, ensuring that graduates can meet the demands of potential employers.
