Vitamin D could be the answer this Christmas
Vitamin D, also known as the ‘sunshine vitamin’, could be crucial this winter when it comes to coping with medical conditions such as type 2 diabetes. There is evidence to suggest that there is a link between low levels of vitamin D and type 2 diabetes, which affects more than 160,000 people in Wales.

The XI conference of the International shoulder group (ISG), an International Society of Biomechanics (ISB) Technical Group, recently took place at Aberystwyth University from the 22-24th August.

In a recent article by The Telegraph it was reported that 96% of Sport and Exercise Science students from Aberystwyth University were satisfied with the quality of their degree. This was the 6th highest satisfaction rate for all university courses in Britain.
