Profile
Les received a BSc. (Hons) degree in Sports and Exercise Science from London Southbank University in 1998. Following a period of employment, Les returned to study an MSc. in Exercise Physiology at Loughborough University in 2006. He has recently taken up a post of teaching assistant within the Department of Sport and Exercise Science at Aberystwyth University. Concurrent with this appointment, Les will be studying for a PhD qualification.
Research
Principal Areas of Interest:
Central fatigue in sports and exercise, the effects of nutrition on markers of central fatigue, physiological limitations to exercise in the heat.
