Profile

Tom graduated with a BSc. (Hons) degree in Sport and Exercise science at Aberystwyth University in 2012. He is currently completing an MPhil within the department working alongside the Aberystwyth-based gaming and software company ‘Broadsword’. Tom's research is examining how to optimise motivation in the use of innovative fitness technology, under the supervision of Dr Emily Oliver and Dr Joanne Hudson. Tom is funded by a Knowledge Economy Skills Scholarship (KESS), which is managed by the Welsh European Funding Office.
