Opening Times
Monday - Friday 9.00 – 21.00*
Saturday & Sunday 9.00 – 16.00*
The climbing wall is closed at the following times:
- 10th November 2pm - 3pm
- 14th November 5.30pm - 6.30pm
- 16th November 4pm - 5pm
Junior Climbing Nights (during School term time) Monday 16.00 - 19.00 and Tuesday 16.00 - 17.00
Adult Climbing Night Thursday 6:30pm - 7:30pm
AU Climbing Club (during term time only) Monday 19.00 – 21.00 & Friday 18:00 - 21:00 - During this time Sporty Card members will receive access to Box Rox for £1. The facility remains open to the public during this time but can become busy.
Restricted access times are posted on the notice board at facility entrance. To avoid disappointment we advise that you check opening times before you visit by calling (01970) 622 280

*Please note: Juniors must be supervised by an adult (experienced climber or inducted), who should sign a 'Responsibility Acceptance Form' at Reception on each visit - the maximum ratio of adult to juniors on such visits is 1:2. There is a 'Guidance for Supervision of Junior Climbers' form at Reception for your information.
Registration: All climbers must complete a Box Rox Registration Form before accessing the facility, for which a one off fee of £6 is charged.
Access
Novice Climbers – must attend an induction or be supervised by an experienced climber who must sign a Responsibility Acceptance Form with the novice at Reception.
To book an induction call reception on 01970 62 2280 to book and the cost is £12.
Experienced Climbers – having completed the self-assessed competence declaration as part of the Registration Form are able to start climbing straight away.
Exclusive group use of Box Rox (limited times available)
Box Rox can be booked for Kids Parties or Groups (Scouts, Young Farmers etc)
1 hour hire + 1 instructor - £54.00 (maximum of 8 people)
1 hour hire + 2 instructors - £71.00 (maximum of 16 people)

Safety
To ensure the Safety of all climbers - on-going surveillance of the climbing wall will be conducted to ensure climbers adhere to the standards of good climbing practice as laid out in the Box Rox Conditions of Use. Any climbers failing to meet the standards required to climb safely will be asked to:
- Modify their climbing appropriately
- (Re) take the induction
- In the case of persistent offenders – have their Box Rox Membership revoked
