Come and join our varied spin programme where we have a choice of classes and fitness levels. We have 14 bikes available for hire, and 17 classes a week to chose from.
We use top of the range, Matrix Bikes and utilizing the "CoachbyColor" training programme in many of our classes. To ensure you recieve the best work out, you can set up your bike to suit your fitness level - and then use the colour and percentage work rate to ensure that you get an effcient and enjoyable workout. Our customers are singing the praises of this new system, so why not come down and have a go.
You can book your bike up to 7 days in advance on a weekly basis.
We will keep 2 bikes free and available to book on a weekly basis.
There are no barriers of age or fitness, and our instructors will lead you through an effective and motivating session, to maximise your fitness potential.
